Client Background – Our client, a large Indian Corporation with a very significant M&A activity wanted to improve the way that data was collected, organized and distributed during their M&A transactions. Our client had tried several document management solution platforms as well as two of the other leading providers of virtual data rooms.
Case Background - A medium size European based industrial corporation had to organize a Data Room for a potential divestiture. The client had 8 sites in 6 countries in very rural areas in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Documents were not organized or indexed. The client did not have the resources to manage the internal resources to get the documents prepared.
