Case Background - A medium size European based industrial corporation had to organize a Data Room for a potential divestiture. The client had 8 sites in 6 countries in very rural areas in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Documents were not organized or indexed. The client did not have the resources to manage the internal resources to get the documents prepared. The client had an existing relationship with another global VDR provider that had communicated to the client that it did not have the expertise to undertake the project.

EthosData Solution - EthosData assigned two Deal Coordinators to this transaction. The deal coordinators traveled to 4 of the sites and physically organized all the documents and prepared them to be scanned. Three of the sites required scanning on-site. The Data Room was launched in less than a week.
