Client Background – Our client, a large Indian Corporation with a very significant M&A activity wanted to improve the way that data was collected, organized and distributed during their M&A transactions. The requirements included organizing a very significant number of existing documents for different transaction, as setting up a client branded solution and training the entire M&A team.
