EthosData is designed to allow users and administrators to start working right away without formal training. We spend a lot of time and resources making sure that data rooms can be set up in a matter of minutes and that professionals do not have to learn yet another interface.

Windows Explorer Look and Feel.
The navigation in EthosData is very familiar. Based on Windows Explorer, it easily guides the user and the administrator through the content.

Google Powered Search.
All documents are searchable both in the title and the content using the leading search engine technology. Search terms can be simple or advanced and search results provide sorting by relevance.

SiteMap.
EthosData allows you to see all the content of the project in one simple screen. This view can be exported to Excel or printed.

Document Messages.
EthosData optimizes the communication with users. As an option, messages can automatically be sent when new documents are uploaded. Administrators can also send links to specific documents by clicking on the document. Users can also opt-in to receiving a daily or weekly email highlighting the additions to the site.

New Items.
Users can at any time get a list of the files that have been uploaded to the project either since their last log in or a given date range. Users can filter this to show only unread documents.
