Reporting
EthosData provides you with detailed information about the activities of each user or organisation including what documents they have viewed, what questions they have asked and how many times they have logged in. EthosData provides the information in an easy to read graphical format. The underlying detailed information can easily be exported to Excel for further analysis.

QnA
EthosData’s QnA allows you to manage all the flow of questions or comments about a given document. The functionality of the platform has been built mirroring the workflow of a physical QnA process providing among many features the possibility of notifying users of answers via email, answering more than one question at a time, exporting questions and answers to Excel, and linking existing documents to an answer.

Audit
EthosData logs every action performed by every user in the system. Site administrators are able to search these actions using our comprehensive Audit Search tool. Each audit record will provide information of the action, the user that performed the action, the exact date and time when the user performed the action and additional metadata relevant to the action. This comprehensive logging ensures that in the event of legal action, you are covered on all aspects of compliance and disclosure.
